Not a great day in the office for the Boots......to be honest that's where we should have stayed because a forfeit would only have been 0-5! Then again the Boots ethos is to play for the love of the game although I think that might have been reduced to just mild affection after this thrashing. Taking the positives out of the game it was a good bit of exercise and at least it was only a joint record margin of defeat. The negatives, or rather the truth, can be summed up quite succinctly. We were rubbish!

Boots scorer: Wolfy (og)

Boot on Debut: Ben.....full marks for a top effort chasing a lost cause

Iron Boot: Ian W......for his brutal, cynical hack on their star man on the byline.....totally innocent of course!

Skill Boot: Gudjackson.....for a meaningless save at the death with the Boots already 0-6 down. Much to his own and everyone else's surprise, he managed to turn away an effort from Badly Drawn Boy that seemed an certain goal.  

Stui Costa Chuntering rating: 4/10.......(1st half -4/10...a very positive Stui in the first half.....2nd half 8/10.....but by the second half the prozac had been sweated out of him...)
